ABOUT
I'm an ecotherapist and somatic guide, with two decades of experience leading communications and marketing teams across global corporates and, more recently, supporting smaller, values-led organisations.
I'm passionate about helping people and organisations tap into their true nature, nurturing kaupapa (initiatives) that people feel connected to, fostering clear and respectful communication and encouraging grounded, heart-led leadership.
My work is rooted in bicultural awareness and advocacy, care for the natural world and an understanding of the interconnectedness of people, place and purpose.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mum, wife, daughter and friend. I cherish time spent with my family, wandering in wild spaces and seeking out adventure-filled moments that restore joy and vitality.

Support through Death, Dying & Grief
Death touches every part of life, and how we meet it matters. I offer support to people navigating dying, death and grief, whether that means connecting you with the right practical help or walking alongside you through coaching.
Connecting you to support
Through my work with Ngā Pou Herenga, Eco Funeral Resources and Te Puke Natural Burials, I'm closely connected to funeral guides, natural burial options and eco-friendly, family-led approaches to after-death care across the Bay of Plenty. If you're facing a death and don't know where to start, I can help you find your way to the people and resources that fit your family's needs and values.
Coaching through grief and life transitions
In my experience, grief is mysterious and unpredictable. It certainly doesn't follow predictable steps, and there's no set timeframe. Through one-on-one coaching, I offer a steady, grounded presence to help you process loss, reconnect with yourself and find your feet again, in your own time and in your own way.
Get in touch if you or someone you know could use support.

What is
Ecotherapy?
I'm part of the Ecotherapy Collective Aotearoa, a group of practitioners exploring healing through a collaborative relationship with nature.
At its heart, ecotherapy is about healing through a shared relationship with the natural world. As a guide, I support you to connect and interact with nature, and the real shift happens as you reflect and let your own inner truths surface naturally.
This work is grounded in somatic mindfulness, tuning into what the body is holding (grief, stress, overwhelm or anything else) with curiosity rather than judgement, so that stuck experiences can begin to move and change.
What I offer
-
Individual sessions: one-on-one ecotherapy or somatic sessions outdoors, tailored to what you're navigating, whether that's grief, transition, stress or simply a need to reconnect.
-
Group offerings: guided group experiences in nature, including nature-based rites of passage and seasonal gatherings, for those wanting to do this work in community.
